According to a recent NY Times article, the former must-have technological advance is now a source of shame. Yes, the demise of Blackberry as the corporate shiny tool spins a tale for the corporate leader. The title of that yarn is this: "Yesterday's Glorious Success is Tomorrow's Boring Mess." Leaders have to be engaged today.
