Koliso Recommends: How Are Organizations Handling the Complexity of Globalization?

Koliso’s psychological approach to business offers a unique perspective on change management. Change is inevitable for growing companies. Many global organizations report that this growth is putting tremendous strain on their structures, processes and communications. Three-hundred executives at 17 major global companies were recently interviewed, as reported in the article Organizing for an Emerging World for McKinsey Quarterly. Fewer than half of the respondents believed their organization's structure was equipped to handle the complexity of issues associated with globalization.
