Five Best People Practices from Australia's Best Workplace


Australia's annual Best Places To Work survey named a 203 person trading company in number one position showing you don't need lots of money and resources to create an engaged, profitable workforce.

Five of the best practices: 

  • A solid on boarding program with a "buddy system" to show new employees how things work around here. 
  • Ethics training 
  • An open door policy with minimal red tape. 
  • Cultural fit and a respect for diversity 
  • "Customization" of the workplace to provide flexibility around hours, location and other factors that enable employees to contribute their best.
