We like to find inspiration for our clients in the successes of many different kinds of businesses around us. At the beginning of the year, many businesses and departments are looking at their planning for the year and wishing it could be better and easier.

We like this article, from the world of advertising agencies, because it outlines basic tips for making strategy better and easier. The author, Michael Gass, talks about his experience in strategic planning for an ad agency and the practical tips he has learned. Most of it is very simple (but then the best ideas are).
